Charming Cottage Renovation

Seasons for Design was brought in to restore a unique property, once converted into a dental office with a residential space, back to its roots as a cozy single-family home. This 1940s gem underwent a full transformation, where we added two new full bathrooms, relocated walls, and enhanced the flow with an open-concept design. Throughout the renovation, preserving the home’s historic charm was essential as I worked to bring back its original cottage warmth.

Partnering with the general contractor, we thoughtfully reimagined the floor plan and carefully curated every detail for the kitchen and bathrooms. From construction drawings for the expanded kitchen layout to specifying all the appliances and fixtures, I ensured this home now shines as a welcoming space with no trace of its past life as a 2000s dental office.
