Historic Condo

Silver Spring, Maryland

Teaming up with a contractor, I personalized this condo by reimagining the kitchen layout, enhancing the lighting, and installing a custom walk-in closet. In the primary bedroom, I chose deep, rich colors to highlight the tall ceilings, creating a dramatic yet cozy atmosphere. To add a playful touch, I installed wallpaper in the primary closet and both bathrooms. The newspaper-inspired wallpaper in the powder room pays homage to the building’s century-old history. The living room features a striking 13-foot custom sectional that combines comfort with a bold focal point.
